Founder and Owner: Rachelle P. Baum, Physical Therapist
Rachelle P. Baum is the founder and owner of CASA Healthcare. She is a physical therapist with more than 23 years of extensive experience, including:
In-patient hospital care
Sports rehabilitation
Orthopedic care
Skilled nursing
Home health care (More than 20 years of experience)
She has also owned her own outpatient physical therapy clinic. Rachelle’s goal is to offer clients and their families relief from the worry and stress of caring for an aging family member. She believes seniors would rather “age in place,” at home. She and her qualified caregivers provide assistance to allow patients to stay where they’d like to be.
Rachelle is bilingual in English and Spanish. Many of CASA Healthcare’s other providers are bilingual as well.
We believe that every senior deserves the right to live in the comfort of their own home with dignity. That's why we aim to provide all of our clients with peace of mind knowing that we'll treat their loved one with the care and respect they deserve.
Our Staff: Licensed and Certified Health Care Providers
Our bilingual caregivers (Certified Nursing Assistant [CNA] and/or Home Health Aides) are thoroughly screened through intensive reference and background checks. They are then trained and supervised by our own staff to ensure competence and compatibility. The caregivers receive mandatory on-going training on issues dealing with every aspect of serving the senior population. Many of our caregivers were motivated to serve seniors because of their own personal experience caring for an aging loved one.
We offer families and clients education on home care options for senior citizens, as well as a free assessment and home health care plan.
